HYPErformance on 3rd St is an awesome, non-intimidating gym right on the Promenade! Best thing about it is the out-of-gym workouts…on the beach, at the stairs. I can’t wait to try the boxing classes!
Can anyone suggest a good workout routine using the machines at Planet Fitness? I’m a woman, age 53, in pretty good health and physical condition. I’m interested in building stamina, losing a little weight and toning up. I want to spend about 30 to 40 minutes in the gym, probably three times a week. Thanks for all suggestions!.
